At INKEDFORGE, our products are carefully 3D printed, finished, packed, and shipped to you. Many of our products are made after an order is placed, so processing time may vary depending on the product and order volume.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Because our products may be made-to-order, please allow time for printing, quality checking, finishing, and packaging before your order is dispatched.

Processing times may vary depending on:

Product type and size.
Whether the product is personalized or customized.
Current order volume.
Availability of required materials.
Other operational circumstances.

If there is an unexpected delay in processing your order, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be handed over to our shipping or courier partner for delivery.

The estimated delivery timeline displayed during checkout or communicated by INKEDFORGE is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on:

3. Shipping Charges

INKEDFORGE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, subject to applicable law.

6. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the courier is otherwise unable to complete delivery, the courier may make additional delivery attempts or contact the customer.

If an order is returned to INKEDFORGE because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged when delivered, please take clear photographs or videos of the package and product before disposing of any packaging materials.

If the product itself is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Although we work with shipping partners to deliver orders safely and efficiently, delays may occasionally occur after dispatch.

If your shipment appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us so that we can assist with the shipping provider where possible.

INKEDFORGE will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with shipping-related issues, subject to the policies and procedures of the applicable courier or shipping provider.

9. International Shipping

Unless specifically stated on our website, INKEDFORGE currently focuses on shipping within India.

International shipping availability, if introduced, will be subject to applicable customs requirements, duties, taxes, shipping charges, and destination-country regulations.
